How do I submit an application?

If you know the unit you would like to apply for simply visit “Available” and click the “Apply Now” button.

If you are unsure of the individual unit number, click the  “Apply Now” button under the unit type EX: 2 BR Apartment. 

All applications can be adjusted to a apartment later on in the application process.

What are your rental requirements?

Minimum 600 credit score. 2x Rent in income (combined household or with a co-signer) with our All Utilities Incuded pricing. Pass a Credit, Criminal Background, and Eviction screening report.

What is your pet policy?

Brant Creek is dog and cat friendly. Maximum of 2 pets. $350 Non- Refundable Pet Fee for first pet, second is an additional $100. Pet Rent is $25 per pet/ per month. We have breed restrictions. Please call for more information.

How do I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid through our easy to use Tenant Portal, check, or certified funds. We do not accept cash.

How much is the security deposit?

Security Deposits are 1 months rent. We have payment options available. Please call for more information.

What is the tenant portal?

Our online tenant portal is a digital platform that provides tenants with a user friendly interface accessible through a web browser or a mobile app. Through the portal, residents can pay rent, request maintenance, communicate with the management staff, and access important documents and information. It streamlines the rental experience, enhancing communication and efficiency for both tenants and the property management team.

What is parking like?

Our uncovered parking lot does not have identified parking places. It is first come, first serve. Brant Creek Apartments have a limited number of garages available for rent. Please contact us for more information.

Is there any storage on-site?

Brant Creek has small, large and outdoor storage available. Please contact the office for more information on pricing and availability.

Is there an application fee?

Our application fee is $80 per adult for all adults over the age of 18.

If you have multiple applicants, once the first application is submitted they will receive a link to share with other applicants.

If applying with multiple applicants, ALL applications in the party must be received and complete before the application process with continue.

What do I need to submit an application

To submit a complete application we will need the following:

  • Drivers License
  • Proof of Social Security Number ( Social Security Card or Tax Returns with all 9 digits)
  • At Least 30 days of employer provided paystubs
  • 3 years of past tenant history with correct contact information

Any application received without all of the above will be considered incomplete and may delay the screening process.
