How do I submit an application?
If you know the unit you would like to apply for simply visit “Available” and click the “Apply Now” button the right corner. If you are submitting an application to get screened and do not have a specific unit you are ready to apply for, then you can simply click the “Apply Now” button under the Coming Soon! Listing under “Available.”
What are your rental requirements?
Credit score of 600 or higher, 3x the market rent in total household income and good rental references from previous Landlords.
What is your pet policy?
Brant Creek is pet friendly, but your pet fee / pet rent is depending on the type of pet and number of pets. Please speak with a member of our staff for more information. We do have a breed restriction which includes, but not limited to: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Great Dane, all Staffordshire Terrier breeds (includes Pit Bulls,) Rottweiler or any other aggressive breeds. Landlord reserves the right to decline an applicant based on their pets.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid online through the tenant portal or by check/certified funds. Brant Creek does not accept cash.
How much is the security deposit?
Brant Creek does not collect any security deposits, but there are other fees to live in our units. Please speak to a member of our staff for more information regarding non-refundable move in, move out, pet and carpet fees.
What is the tenant portal?
The tenant portal is an online system that gives a unique login and password to each tenant for their rental. This system allows the tenant to check their balance, pay rent online, and submit maintenance requests.
Are there any discounts for military members?
Active military members will receive a $60 discount applied to their first month of rent.
What is parking like?
Outdoor parking is on a first come first serve basis. There is no designated guest vs tenant parking. Brant Creek does have a limited number of garages that are available for rent. Garages are an additional fee of $95/month. Please contact our office to see if we have any available or to be added to our waitlist.
Is there any storage on-site?
Brant Creek has small, large and outdoor storage available. Please contact the office for more information on pricing and availability.
Is there an application fee?
Our application fee is $80 per person over the age of 18. Anyone living in the unit over 18 must submit their own application.

If you have multiple applicants, have the primary apply first. After that application is submitted, they will receive a link to share with other parties which will combine all the applicants.
